<p class="p1">For them, sitting in silence and any attempt at concentration can be frustrating, exhausting &#8211; and sometimes simply impossible.</p>
<p class="p1">That&#8217;s why, in many of these cases, yoga nidra can help &#8211; and it requires no effort. The principle is simple. Find a comfortable, quiet spot, cover yourself with a blanket and settle your body into a relaxed position on your back.</p>

<p class="p3">The mind stays aware, yet very still &#8211; sometimes right on the threshold of sleep. You may feel fully present one moment, then sense the boundary between waking and sleeping begin to blur as you drift into blissful drowsiness, even sleep itself.</p>
<p class="p3">Some sessions naturally flow from waking into sleep and back again. Others allow you to maintain full awareness throughout, following the guide&#8217;s voice, moving awareness from place to place.</p>
