(ul. Krasi\u0144skiego 20, 64-800 Chodzie\u017c, Poland). Below is how to request deletion of your account or of selected data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>1. Delete your account and all associated data<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>You can delete your account in two ways:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><b>In the app: <\/b>Profile \u2192 Account \u2192 \u201cDelete account\u201d, then confirm.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\"><b>By email: <\/b>write to <a href=\"mailto:hi@muya.app\"><span class=\"s1\">hi@muya.app<\/span><\/a> from the address linked to your account, requesting deletion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p8\"><b>What happens after your request<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><b>Immediately \u2013 <\/b>the account is deactivated (you can no longer sign in).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\"><b>After 30 days \u2013 <\/b>the data is permanently erased from active databases (automated process).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p9\"><b>Data we delete<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\"><b>Email address, name, user ID, session playback history, favourites, preferences and account-linked analytics.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\"><b>Data we retain (legal \/ security)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li6\"><b>Billing and invoice data \u2013 <\/b>5 years (tax and accounting law).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\"><b>Technical and security logs \u2013 <\/b>up to 12 months (anonymised).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li10\"><b>Backups \u2013 <\/b>until the backup retention cycle ends; data is never restored to production systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>2. Delete selected data without deleting your account<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>To delete only part of your data while keeping your account, email <\/b><a href=\"mailto:hi@muya.app\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>hi@muya.app<\/b><\/span><\/a><b> and specify which data should be removed (e.g. session history, analytics data). We act without undue delay, within 1 month at the latest (right to erasure, GDPR art. 17).<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>You can also disable the collection of analytics and diagnostics data at any time in the app: Profile \u2192 \u201cAnalytics and diagnostics\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>3.
